9 – 10 Opening Ceremony – Introducing ourselves and getting to know each other
10 – 12pm Introduction to Yin Yoga – Essential concepts and how it works on a physical level of the myofascia
12pm – 1pm 1 hour Lunch break
1pm – 3pm Yin Yoga Practice led by the Teacher Marcus Julian Felicetti
3pm – 5pm – How healing happens at a deep energetic level – clearing mental emotional blocks – and how as a Yin Yoga Teacher you guide people through Awareness practice
5pm – 6pm 1 hour dinner break
6pm – 8pm Breaking down individual lower body Yin Yoga postures and their adjustments – and then practicing teaching them one on one with a partner
8pm – end of the day
DAY 2
7am – 8am Optional 1 hour Yin Yoga Practice & therapeutic flying Acro Yoga before breakfast
8am – 9am Breakfast
9am – 1pm Learning the locations of the lower body meridians and tracing the meridians on each other
1pm – 2pm 1 hour Lunch break
2pm – 4pm Five Element theory and how specific Yin Yoga postures help heal certain conditions and diseases and relate to the seasons
4pm – 6pm – Breaking down individual lower body Yin Yoga postures and their adjustments – and then practicing teaching them one on one with a partner
6pm – 7pm 1 hour dinner break
7pm – 8pm Breaking down individual lower body Yin Yoga postures and their adjustments – and then practicing teaching them one on one with a partner
8pm – end of the day
DAY 3
7am – 8am Optional 1 hour Yin Yoga Practice & therapeutic flying Acro Yoga before breakfast
8am – 9am Breakfast
9 – 1pm Pranayama for Yin Yoga
1pm – 2pm 1 hour lunch break
2pm – 6pm Revising Five Element theory and how specific Yin Yoga postures relate to the seasons and help heal certain conditions and diseases
6pm – 7pm 1 hour dinner break
7pm – 8pm Teaching savasana and the guided relaxation – learning and practicing the savasana massage that a teacher can give to individual students at the end of a Yin Yoga class
DAY 4
6.30am – 8am Optional 1.5 hour Yin Yoga Practice & therapeutic flying Acro Yoga before breakfast
8am – 9am Breakfast
9 – 11am Learning the locations of the upper body meridians and tracing the meridians on each other
11am – 12pm – Essential concepts for how to sequence Yin Yoga classes
12pm – 1pm Breaking down individual upper body Yin Yoga postures and their adjustments – and then practicing teaching them one on one with a partner
1pm – 2pm 1 hour lunch break
2pm – 6pm Breaking down individual upper body Yin Yoga postures and their adjustments – and then practicing teaching them one on one with a partner
6pm – 7pm 1 hour dinner break

6.30am – 8am Optional 1.5 hour Yin Yoga Practice & therapeutic flying Acro Yoga before breakfast

9am – 1pm Individual students teach their second 20 minute Yin Yoga sequence to the rest of the class and get individual feedback from the Yoga Teacher Trainer
1pm – 2pm 1 hour lunch break
2pm – 6pm Individual students teach their second 20 minute Yin Yoga sequence to the rest of the class and get individual feedback from the Yoga Teacher Trainer
6pm – 7pm – Closing Ceremony and awarding students their graduation Yin Yoga Certifications – end of the course
