Yin Yoga Teacher Training Bali
50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course + 5 Hours Therapeutic Flying
This is an opportunity to join a beautiful Yin Yoga Teacher Training Bali course. Are you ready to deepen your connection with your body and open your heart?
Through this healing 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Bali course with Marcus Julian Felicetti you will explore and deepen your relationship with your body.
Yin Yoga is an awareness practice that uses passive floor based Yoga stretches to deeply open up the connective tissues and feel into the body. This clears the mental-emotional blocks that we all hold in the energy channels of the body called the meridians.
This healing Yoga practice reinvigorates the internal organs, quietens the mind, and connects you with your heart. As you begin to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you, your life is transformed, and you learn to live your own authentic truth.
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training Bali course includes an additional 5 hours of Therapeutic Flying (AcroYoga). Therapeutic Flying is a form of partnered Yoga that connects you with your body and breath in a playful healing space.
In supportive small groups you will explore new shapes and creative flows that are safe and challenging. How much can you open up and truly surrender? That is when the heart connection happens!
You will learn simple and fun AcroYoga poses that will allow you and others to release tension in your body and clear the mind. It will certainly help you get flexible! But even more importantly it will help you get free.
